Deposit & Booking Policies

A NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required to book your appointment. Deposit is $200 for each session you book for tattoos over 2 hours OR $100 for tattoos 2 hours and less. Deposit goes towards the final cost of your tattoo session. Payment can be made through Cash app/Venmo to @jessenajerasart (if using Venmo the 4 digit confirmation is 2638 if asked). In the description please include my name, Kaveh, the date you are booking for, and the tattoo (i.e. xyz anime tattoo). 

Cancellations need to be made at least 3 days before your appointment. Cancellation within 3 days of your appointment will forfeit your deposit and to reschedule a new deposit is required to book. Clients may reschedule their appointment 24 hours or earlier prior to the scheduled date/time. No call/now show will result in your deposit being lost and this is non-negotiable under any circumstances. 

The artist may reschedule at any time. If the artist reschedules the deposit is still not refundable but goes towards the rescheduled dates. Please remember that deposits are not refundable if you need to cancel your appointment you lose the deposit but if you reschedule your appointment your deposit is still valid. We know things happen and plans change so we are flexible with our schedule. Please don’t book appointments if you are not understanding of schedule changes because life happens.

During any tattoo session you have, all designing is included in the tattoo price (no refunds on designs/tattoos). Which can include computer design, drawing/ editing on paper or skin, stencil making, and tracing designs you would like copied.

Clients must be at least 18 years old to get tattooed and bring a valid ID. For your tattoo appointments make sure to dress comfortably, stay hydrated (we have water available), bring something to snack on ( for sessions 3hrs+) or feel free to order food. It is recommended to eat something for longer sessions. The artists will also take breaks if they need to. We are more than happy to make sure you have the best experience possible so please feel free to let us know how to make the tattoo session more comfortable.

Designs are not reviewed earlier than your appointment time unless prior arrangements have been made. Adjustments, review, and designing are charged at my hourly rate.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, please let me know as soon as possible, as there is a chance that we will need to reschedule. Rescheduling more than 1 time will result in a forfeited deposit.
